We got back yesterday from our trip to Utah. We had a great time visiting with our family. We didn't go with a huge itinerary because mom is recovering from hip surgery and I have a fractured foot, so we knew we couldn't walk much, but our main goal was to spend as much time with family as possible, and that we did.
Shelby has always been a very social baby and always immediately goes to strangers, but I think because EVERYTHING was different on this trip, she was a tad clingy. She was still pretty good and she loved playing with her cousins.
Jeremy has never been to Utah, and therefore has never seen any of the Church sites. So Saturday we went to Salt Lake and walked around Temple Square. It is so pretty.
I could write a very long post about all the fun we had, but I am still trying to catch up on my sleep since we had to wake up at 3 A.M. to catch our flight, since our flight the night before was cancelled due to bad weather in Dallas. Anyway, thanks Dad, Mom, Jared, Adrienne, Taylor, Andrew, Cameron, Olivia, Sawyer, Parker, Tristan, and Colin for a great trip!

Oh my goodness, how fun!! It is hard to believe that Jeremy had never been to Utah! Ha ha, I guess you just take it all for granted when you grow up in the West. :) I can NOT believe how big Shelby looked in that picture. I can't believe she's almost a year old. Wow, what a cutie! And I love that picture of the temple.
I don't know why I didn't see this post until tonight- it didn't show up in my RSS feed. Anyway, you got some great pictures! We had such a good time with you guys-- you need to move here NOW!!
