Christmas-y

The girls were invited to a Christmas Tea Party today.  It was so cute and girly.  Tons of girls, all dressed in their cute dresses.  They had tea sandwiches, cookies, fruit, cupcakes, candy, and pink lemonade for the tea.  I think all the girls felt special to be drinking out of "the real teacups."  Lol.  They also made ornaments, wrote letters to Santa, made jingle bell necklaces, and had a little photo booth.  The girls had a great time!

Joey mostly just wanted to play with their toys the whole time.

Later we took the girls to Target so they could all pick out gifts for each other.  Shelby was getting so mad at Joey because Joey was telling her what she wanted, and Shelby wanted to think of a great gift for her all on her own.  Some days everything is an argument with those two.  

Then tonight we went to the HOA Luminaria Night.  Loved it.  It is just crazy to us to finally belong to an HOA that actually does stuff and doesn't just take your money.  Ha!  So the HOA set up luminaries through the neighborhood.  They did carriage rides, and then at the clubhouse they had face painting, a balloon guy, cookies, candy, hot chocolate, reindeer, and of course, Santa.  I really liked this Santa.  He asked the girls lots of questions like, "Did they eat all their vegetables?", and "Do you do your chores when you are asked?"  Lucy still wouldn't sit with him, but she did wave and blow him a kiss!
