New Year, New Sunbeam

We had lots of fun with family the week of New Year's.  Jordan and Ana and all of their kids came up and stayed the week with mom and dad so we had lots of fun ringing in the New Year and playing.  New Year's Eve we did a countdown with the kids around 7:30 and had a balloon drop.  I think they really enjoyed popping all of the balloons afterwards.  After we put the kids to bed we played Ticket to Ride and actually missed when it hit midnight because we were so into the game.  Ha!  The rest of the week we just had fun playing at the park and hanging out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And, last Sunday was Joey's first Sunday as a SUNBEAM!  She was so excited to go to Primary with Shelby.  I was worried she would just be a wild woman but I think she did ok.  I walked by sharing time and looked in a couple of times and she seemed to be having fun.  I walked by her class one time and heard the teacher ask a question and she excitedly yelled, "Heavenly Father!", which had nothing to do with the question asked, but I thought it was cute.
